Jobs in a shrinking economy

In this video, Peter Victor, author of Managing without Growth, asks himself whether it is feasible to achieve good life and to maintain jobs in a shrinking economy that does not rely on a growth economy. And the answer is yes it is feasible by working less and by sharing the amount of work among the people.
